Unlike tutoring, which focuses on school curriculum, educational therapy supports the functional aspects of learning that are often impacted by disability.

Funding Through NDIS

Educational therapy can often be funded through your child’s NDIS plan under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Therapeutic Supports).

For 0-8 years of age-

• 15_625_0118_1_3:  Early Childhood Intervention Professional – Early Childhood Teacher or Educator  ($193.99 per hour)

For 9 years and older-

• 15_056_0128_1_3 Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Other Professional  ($193.99 per hour)
